Jag skrev nyligen om att SM återigen stämt JYJ, den här gången för dubbla kontrakt. Nu verkar de som om de måste låta JYJ släppa sin skiva i lugn och ro. Såhär säger JYJs talesperson.

JYJ did not sign a formal contract with CJes. CJes is mere an agency for JYJ. CJes handles management related work, just like how we handle publicity related work, and Warner Music handles the album related work. A misunderstanding must have occurred because ‘agency’ is still an unfamiliar term in Korea. By law, there is no problem for JYJ’s activities. We have confirmed that SME has no reasons to file an album sale prohibition injunction against JYJ.
